Directors/Patronage

The Butterfly Foundation is governed by a board of directors who are also members. Our directors are very aware of the need for good governance and their responsibility to the foundation, to ASIC, the ATO and to the community and as such, have undertaken a workshop with 'Enterprise Care' to become informed about the responsibilities of directors of an Australian Public Company limited by guarantee.

The Board consists of people who have direct involvement with eating disorders and are passionate about improving the quality of life for sufferers and carers of eating disorders.
